In just 7 months, we conducted various experiments throughout the entire customer journey. These experiments ranged from programmatic outdoor advertising near highways to app-install campaigns, from physical welcome packs to new digital targeting methods. We gained valuable insights into how to improve business metrics, optimizing the customer experience and which channels have minimum effect.
